Our privacy promise
Buying something intimate should feel as private as it is. Here is exactly what happens with your order and your information.
The parcel
Every order ships in a plain brown box with no logo, no product name and no tape with our name on it. The label shows a neutral sender name. Gift orders have no prices inside.
Your bank statement
Payments show a neutral company name, never what you bought. We will publish the exact wording here before launch.
Messages
SMS and email subject lines only ever say things like "Order NN00012 is out for delivery." We don't use WhatsApp for orders.
On this site
Discreet mode (the eye icon) blurs product images and renames the browser tab. The Exit button, or pressing Esc twice, leaves the site straight away. We load our fonts ourselves, so no third party sees which pages you open, and we don't run advertising trackers.
A bag you leave behind is forgotten after a week, and discreet mode hides how many things are in it.
How we count visits
Once per visit we add one to a few daily totals, such as how many visitors used a phone, how wide their screen was, which app they opened us from and whether data saver was on. That tells us which phones to design for. We don't store your IP address, set a tracking cookie or keep any record of you or the pages you read, and we skip counting altogether if your browser sends a do-not-track or Global Privacy Control signal.
Your information
We keep only what we need to deliver your order and look after warranties. An account holds your email address (confirmed with a code, so nobody can sign up in your name), an optional first name, the date you confirmed you're 18 or older and whether you'd like offers by email (off unless you turn it on). You can ask us to delete your order history at any time, and we will confirm when it's done. We never sell or share your data for advertising.
UAT draft. The final policy will be reviewed against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act and Rules before launch.
